Watsu Italy

THE FLOATS
Softly supported by a pillow at the nape of the neck and a float under the knees, you are harmoniously rocked and lovingly cradled, so that the accumulated tensions slowly begin to dissolve.
When the operator deems the moment has come in which you are sufficiently relaxed, he moves on to work on the surface.

SURFACE WORK
This part of the work has some similarities with Watsu techniques, especially the level 1 and 2 courses. There are no acupressure points and the work is mainly focused on the mobilization of the joints and the spine.

UNDERWATER WORK
When the relaxation is complete, the operator asks the recipient if he is ready to go underwater. If the partner is ready, he is provided with a soft nose clip that has already been tested before the session. Here begins the journey into the infinite depth of your Inner Ocean, accompanied by the spirit of dolphins and whales, for an unforgettable journey!

Gently, slowly, and with deep respect, you begin to go under the water. You receive very effective stretching… and go through a series of specially designed movements that lead you very gently into a state of deep and soft meditation.
From this moment on, the only limits to the depth of your journey will be those you yourself determine.

Diving, welcomed by the warm water, into the wonderful world of memories, when we, floated weightlessly in our mother’s protected womb. Entering into one’s being, in a timeless space, feeling free and protected, slipping into weightless worlds…
